Q: Are your wedding dresses made to order?

Yes, all Howedding wedding dresses are made to order in standard sizes. We do not carry ready-made inventory, so each gown is crafted specifically for your order.

Q: What sizes do you offer?

Our dresses are available in standard sizes. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to find your best fit.

Q: How do I measure myself correctly?

You will need a soft measuring tape. Measure the following three points:

  • Bust — measure around the fullest part of your chest
  • Waist — measure around your natural waistline (narrowest point)
  • Hips — measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–8 inches below your waist

We recommend having someone help you for the most accurate measurements. Always measure over your undergarments, not over clothing.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available depending on the style and current order volume. Please contact us at info@howedding.com before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional fees.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but timing matters:

  • Within 12 hours: full refund
  • 12–24 hours: full shipping + 90% of product refunded
  • 24–48 hours: full shipping + 50% of product refunded
  • After 48 hours: shipping cost refunded only

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to receive my dress?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. Wedding dresses take 15–18 days to process, plus 6–12 working days for shipping. Plan for approximately 3–5 weeks from order to delivery.

Q: Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and China Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International shipments are generally delivered without additional charges. In rare cases, local customs may assess duties or import taxes — if this occurs, your local carrier will contact you directly. For returns, international customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs to our US contact point.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping via a trackable shipping method.

Q: What if my dress has a quality defect or I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@howedding.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a full refund or free exchange at no cost to you.

Q: Are personalized or custom items returnable?

No. Personalized custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Q: What if I need minor alterations after receiving my dress?

As all dresses are made to standard sizes, minor alterations by a local tailor are sometimes needed for a perfect fit. We recommend budgeting for this. We are not able to cover alteration costs unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

Q: How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your return (2–3 business days), refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 days; PayPal refunds take 1–3 days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Shop Pay is also available for a faster checkout experience.

🎨 Colors & Fabric

Q: Will the dress color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but screen settings vary between devices and may cause slight color differences. If color accuracy is important to you, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist.

👗 Dress Care & Storage

Q: How should I store my wedding dress?

Store your dress in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a breathable garment bag rather than plastic to prevent yellowing.

Q: Can I have my dress dry cleaned?

Yes. We recommend professional dry cleaning. Always inform the cleaner of the fabric type (lace, satin, tulle, etc.) for best results.
