Return & Refund Policy

We understand every bride's expectations and care for their wedding dress. Choosing a custom wedding dress takes courage, so Howedding provides you with a 14-day return guarantee.

1. Our 14-Day Return Promise

  • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to decide whether to keep it

2. Unconditional Return Promise for Quality Issues and Shipping Errors If you receive an item with quality defects (such as material damage, loose threads, etc.) or shipping errors (such as wrong item model), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will provide unconditional return/refund or free exchange service, with all related costs covered by Howedding.

3. Please Note

  • Personalized custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Since all items (including standard sizes) are made-to-order, we cannot accept "buy multiple, keep one" purchasing behavior. Our customer service team may cancel orders deemed to be placed with such intent.
  • At Howedding, we take great pride in our handcrafted products and strive to ensure the highest quality of every item. Given the nature of our production process, we regret to inform customers that we do not support "buy multiple, keep one" practices.
  • We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchasing decisions and only order items they truly intend to keep. We have implemented strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet our high standards before shipping to customers. If any product does not meet our quality standards, we will be happy to provide replacement or refund service.

Exchange Policy Since all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made garments or products available for shipping in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return the unwanted item (if it meets return policy requirements) and then place a new order for the replacement item. All new orders will be subject to current production timelines.

Return-Related Fees

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs (please use trackable shipping service)
  • 15% restocking fee: When returning items, we will charge a 15% restocking fee based on the order amount, which will be deducted from your refund. Since our wedding dresses are made-to-order, the restocking fee helps maintain the sustainability of our services.

To avoid these fees, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing our 'Size Guide' and 'Measurement Guide' before purchasing to ensure you select the most suitable size.

Order Cancellation Once the cutting process begins, fabrics cannot be reused. Please note that after placing an order, you still have time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for specific details.

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation: Full refund of your order amount
  • Orders cancelled 12-24 hours after payment confirmation: Partial refund including full shipping costs and 90% of product purchase price
  • Orders cancelled 24-48 hours after payment confirmation: Partial refund including full shipping costs and 50% of product purchase price
  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation: Refund of full shipping costs only
  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

International Customer Return Policy For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • All returned items must be sent back to our US contact point; specific address will be provided upon return authorization
  • Cost Responsibility:
    • International Shipping: Customer bears full responsibility for round-trip international shipping costs
    • Duties and Taxes: Customer bears all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred during the return process

Return Process: Before applying for a return, please ensure your item meets the following conditions: ✓ Item is in perfect condition and unused ✓ Item has not been altered or washed ✓ Item has no stains, odors, or pet hair ✓ Tags are intact and not removed ✓ Original packaging box/bag is complete

Application Steps

  1. Contact Us: Send email to info@howedding.com or use online customer service
  2. Provide Information: Please prepare your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
  3. Get Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization code and detailed return address
  4. Package and Ship: Use original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to safely ship the item back

Refund Processing

  • Item Inspection: We will complete inspection within 2-3 business days after receiving the return
  • Refund Review: For items meeting return conditions, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: Credit cards 3-7 business days, PayPal 1-3 business days
